I’ll take this opportunity to explain a little about my business:

I produce my custom knives by hand in rural Connecticut. I have a small forge and an anvil that was made in Brooklyn and used both by my grandfather and before father before being passed down to me. I love visitors to my studio, please feel free to schedule a tour or even a knife making class.

The CMK Collection of knives are designed in-house and produced by my manufacturing partners abroad. I began offering these knives in 2025 and it has allowed me to expand my reach to selected retail stores and offer a waitlist-free option for customers.

You’ll find my knives featured in celebrated restaurants around the world, my love for food and community have important significance in the design process and each knife is an invitation to connect and nourish.
