I live surrounded by nature, and most mornings you’ll find me outside before the day gets loud. That practice of noticing is at the center of everything I do. I work with clients one on one, sitting with them in the places where they’ve gotten stuck or lost or turned around. I also make knives by hand, and have for years. A well made knife, used with intention, is an invitation to be present. It’s the same medicine in a different form.
